Mechanism of Long Non-Coding RNA MAGI2-Antisense RNA 3 targeting MicroRNA-31-5p to Regulate Proliferation and Metastasis of SiHa Cells in Cervical Cancer

To investigate the effect of long non coding RNA MAGI2-antisense 3 on proliferation, invasion and migration cervical cancer cells underlying mechanism. SiHa were divided into plasmid cloning DNA group, DNA-MAGI2-antisense anti-microRNA-negative control anti-microRNA-31-5p 3+microRNAnegative group 3+microRNA-31-5p group; quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction was used to determine messenger expression levels microRNA-31-5p 3; cell viability detected by 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl-2H-tetrazolium bromide assay; number in each Transwell dual luciferase reporter assay performed detect fluorescence activity. The significantly increased those decreased lines (p<0.05); overexpression or inhibition could suppress (p<0.05). targeted regulation microRNA-31-5p; partially reversed inhibitory effects overexpressing migration, cells.
